| Requirements: |
Support business operations via troubleshooting, defining solutions, and interfacing with external vendors as related to standard and customized QAD applications– currently version eB with plans to upgrade.
Support business operations via troubleshooting, defining solutions, and interfacing with external vendors as related to standard and customized EDI applications - currently an ASP model.
Support business operations via troubleshooting, defining solutions, and interfacing with external vendors as related to standard and customized data collections applications.
Analyze and develop queries, reports, and light applications using Progress/QAD, and/or other reporting tools.
Working knowledge of Webspeed and .Net development is beneficial.
Interface with global team as necessary for support, collaboration, and special projects.
A minimum 5 years experience supporting QAD MFG/Pro running on Progress database.
